TRANSPORTATION

Q1. Which station is the nearest to the hotel ?
A1. 15 minutes walk from JR Shinjuku station East exit. 5 minutes walk from subway Shinjuku San-chome station
Q2. Is there any shuttle bus service to the hotel ?
A2. There is no shuttle bus from / to our hotel to the station. Even though it take only 15 minutes or so by walk, using a taxi is recommended depends on luggages you carry.
Q3. What transportation should be used from Narita International Airport ?
A3. Both Airport Limousine Bus and Narita Express Train stop at Shinjuku station. Keisei Skyliner stop at Ueno and Nippori station.

Q4. Is there private bathroom inside the room ?
A4. Private bathroom with shower is equipped in the guest rooms
Q5. Is there any Non-smoking room ?
A5. There are NO Non-smoking room in our hotel. We deodorize the room using ozone generator if Non-smoking room is requested. Please consent it may not clean enough for those who have allergies.
Q6. What is the difference between main building and annex building ?
A6. Basically, the area size of the room is different. The rooms in the main building is bigger compare to the rooms in the annex building. There is no difference for equipped room facilities.
Q7. What kind of facilities and service does hotel provide ?

Q11. Is there any restaurant and how much does it cost for breakfast ?
A11. There is a restaurant "Floret" in the annex building. Japanese or American breakfast is available at 1,155 YEN. Advance breakfast ticket is available at 1,050 YEN. ( Advance ticket can not be purchased in the morning)
Q12. Does hotel provide any baby cot ?
A12. A baby cot is not provided in our hotel.

Q13. What credit cards are accepted ?
A13. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, and JCB credit cards
Q14. Is deposit necessary to make reservations ?
A14. A deposit will not be asked to reserve the room. Instead, your approximate check-in time must be informed in advance. If you will not be able to check-in by the planned time or your flight delayed, inform us to hold your reservation. Otherwise your reservation will be considered as cancelled.
Q15. What is check-in and check-out time ?
A15. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Extended check-out is available at following rates:
Until 13:00 ----- 30 % of day rate , Until 15:00 ----- 50 % of day rate
Q16 Are there any meals included in the room rates ?
A16. Any meals are not included in the room rates.
Q17 Is it possible to leave any luggages before check-in or after check-out ?
A17. You may leave your luggages till check-in time. Also to leave your luggage after your check-out, it is acceptable if you can pick them up on the day you checked-out. If you have another reservation and you would like to leave them till then, it also is acceptable. It is free to store your luggages.
